You can add and modify the types of transactions belonging to the entity by entering the settings menu and then choosing the types of transactions and then by writing the type of transaction to be added or modified once in Arabic and another in English and pressing Save
Easily enter your employee list, choose the employee, then click on the edit icon, which is in the form of a pen. Then, from the employers’ tab, make sure that the automatic distribution of transactions is not activated, then click Save.
Make sure that the meeting date is entered correctly, as the meeting control icons do not appear until the date specified for the meeting
From the list of transactions, choose to review the transactions of an employee and then choose the time range of the report. You can view and print a detailed report showing the number of existing transactions with each employee and the extent of achievement
You can address all the parties registered on the platform by choosing to add a request, specify the party you want to communicate with, write the subject title and detail, determine the priority of the transaction, and also attach documents, if any, then press save .
In the event that you are invited to a meeting, two conditions must be met in order to be able to vote first, that the state of the meeting be held, secondly, you must register attendance first by clicking on the attendance icon, and then you can vote on the items and choose the candidates
If you forget your username or password, you can click on Forgot Password and enter the email that was registered on the platform, and the system will send you the email login information.
